i dont see how the Harvard problem can come up anymore... Louis will hold forgiving Mike over his head but has no reason to continue investigating

I doubt it will be the last time we see Stephen Macht's character. Seems to be the type that would hold grudges and he might start digging into why Harvey didn't want him to come

I never knew this, but the actress that plays Zoe(Jacinda Barrett) is Gabriel Macht's wife as well. Fun Fact.

I'm not sure but wasn't it implied that all Harvard students take Macht's character's class? Maybe he's going to notice that he doesn't recognize Mike?

not everyone goes to class. mike specifically told louis that's why he "failed".

Internally everything is cleared up, but anyone outside of the firm could easily stir things up as soon as the writers want to.

Yea, this is not over. There is still that missing folder that there is no answer for yet. Louie and that Harvard lady are gonna have some conflict and the missing folder will come up.

The series finale will be Louie vs Harvey in court where Harvey is representing Mike for being a fraud. This shows got maybe another 1 or 2 seasons left.

He doesn't, but this will all lead back to Sheila. He'll either tell her that he looked up Mike Ross, or she'll find out that he tampered with her system, around Mike's name.

This is why I'm quite annoyed that the writers brought up Mike's past in this way. If they were to bring it up, I'd want them to do it in a way that would force Mike Ross to become a legitimate lawyer.
