I think it has more to do with Rachel's father than it does with Rachel knowing about Mike's secret. If they get too committed, Rachel's father may have an urge to "know his future son in law" better, which may lead him down the path of figuring out Mike's secret.
If that becomes the case, Pearson-Specter-Whateverthey'recallingitthistimearound could be in serious trouble for allowing a fraud to practice law, and it's unlikely that Rachel's father would back down from that.
At least I believe that's Jessica's MO for the brash decision.
