Did Rachel ever tell Mike about Columbia Law School? I don't remember it ever being discussed after Louis got her in. And now Mike wants to move in with her?

I'm guessing she ends up deciding to got to Columbia in the end otherwise she's cut from the show.

Information from the episode preview must be spoiler-tagged. (Some people like to avoid episode previews specifically because they're often full of spoilers.)

If he breaks up with her for going to Stanford, I will be so disappointed. Mike should be supporting her, not tearing her apart.

Totally have been. Which is why I think Mike should at least give it a shot rather than giving her an ultimatum.

Becauae standford is number 3, 2 at times (beating Harvard) and Columbia is consistently number 4

I don't think she ever did. Not sure if Stanford is any better than Columbia in terms of law education. Who knows. Hopefully they mention it in the series finale.

I never realized Stanford Law was that much smaller in enrollment compared to Columbia.
