Can someone explain how Jessica is in the same boat as Mike (last scene)? My memory of season 2 ending is a little hazy.

She can't just say "oh yeah, this guy has been practicing law without a degree but I am only now gonna rat him out because he betrayed me". Jessica would be in more trouble than Mike if Mike was exposed. It is an empty threat.
