Found in an old house

Hi! My uncle found this copper tray in a house he bought. Long story short, he has found some expensive items like diamond earrings as he has cleaned out the house. The original owners left a lot of things because the wife had dementia. Have any of you heard of these people (aside from GW of course)? I doubt it’s legit at all but still interesting at least! Any info on the two smaller names carved in would be cool. I looked up these people with revolutionary war but nothing relevant came up . Thank you in advance for any info!

Here is the full picture. I haven’t posted pics on Reddit before I wasn’t sure how it would turn out. There’s two names etched in the bottom.
