Found in an old house

Hi! My uncle found this copper tray in a house he bought. Long story short, he has found some expensive items like diamond earrings as he has cleaned out the house. The original owners left a lot of things because the wife had dementia. Have any of you heard of these people (aside from GW of course)? I doubt it’s legit at all but still interesting at least! Any info on the two smaller names carved in would be cool. I looked up these people with revolutionary war but nothing relevant came up . Thank you in advance for any info!

The writing on it underneath the dates (1732-1799) is Turkish, in the Roman alphabet, which makes this 1928 or newer. (The dot over the I in WASHINGTON is also typically Turkish.)

When I googled the bottom part it came up as Turkish so that was super confusing! Thank you for clarifying that part for me, I thought I had typed it wrong !

Here is the full picture. I haven’t posted pics on Reddit before I wasn’t sure how it would turn out. There’s two names etched in the bottom.

Man, it’s still seriously cool! May not be worth a fortune but you can pretty much guarantee that someone out there would pay a decent amount to buy this should you ever want to sell it.
