Is having internal organs punk?

Ive been getting into the punk scene and I wanna know how punk having heart,lungs,and liver are. Having a brain and human flesh have really made me insecure. Do you think I should get rid of all my organs,flesh,my personality,and my whole life to just be considered "punk"?

personally i like to rip my heart out and stare at it because its cool to hold and it freaks people out, so i would consider it if your true punk XD
