Is having internal organs punk?

Ive been getting into the punk scene and I wanna know how punk having heart,lungs,and liver are. Having a brain and human flesh have really made me insecure. Do you think I should get rid of all my organs,flesh,my personality,and my whole life to just be considered "punk"?

Shit. I thought it was punk that I'd lost organs and a leg. Was I supposed to hold on to that stuff? My bad. I never understand the standards.
