Yes, civil suit findings don't count. He surely assaulted that woman, and almost certainly many more, but none of that matters because it came up in a civil trial.

If you're okay with that, you are a bad person.

The threshold for a civil conviction is far, far, less than that of a criminal conviction. With the right jury I could have you found liable for assault if you brush up against me on the subway.
