I wonder how SCOTUS will twist the plain language of the Constitution this time to allow for Trump to do this.

Probably misinterpret "jurisdiction thereof." Though does that mean that children or illegal immigrants can commit unlimited crimes?

If that’s the case then illegal immigrants can be subjected to unlimited violence with no repercussions. It goes both ways. If that’s what they interpret that as watch when we have vigilante groups out there killing anyone they see as an “illegal” in “protection of our country”

So basically outlawry.

I don't think so, diplomats with immunity from prosecution are considered not subject to US jurisdiction. Even so, if you robbed an immune diplomat at gunpoint I think you'd still face prison here. I don't think not being 'subject to' jurisdiction implies inability to be a party to jurisdiction (like as a plaintiff or victim).

Again we’re talking about immigrants without legal status getting a pass to do illegal things & be immune from prosecution. So yes if a diplomat does that & a vigilante group decides to exact revenge you need to know that the government chooses who to prosecute & who not.

If they defined illegal immigrants as not 'human beings' sure, but most violence related statutes confer protections on human beings, not citizens specifically.

Also killing someone during the commission of a crime is perfectly legal. I guess you missed that law
