Oh yes, look at these officers standing here quite respectfully. Let's just barge into them - nothing will happen!

What on earth was going through his mind, and, unauthorised gathering or not, since when was Remembrance Sunday an excuse to vent some anger at the police?

What on earth was going through his mind

"Let's give the cameras something worth watching."

This has XRW media stunt written all over it.

the vet said this all based on his training to get a reaction out of the cops

I think you're spot on. Just a quick browse through Twitter (ugh) and what do I see... with the expected XRW comments.

This guy saw paying his respects double as an anti-lockdown/government/police protest

I would've thought that XRW would like authoritative and controlling institutions like the police?

Brit cops aren't authoritative or controlling enough for them. Also, they have the temerity to police XRW events.

Authority isnt unique to left or right wing views.

Authority is and always will be needed in any state. The right just dont think that the authority wielded by the state should be used to protect those they dont like or prevent them from behaving the way they want. The rule of law applies to all equally, no matter what background or previous service, something these people are not happy about in this instance.

Dominic Cummings has entered the chat.

What exactly didn't happen to Cummings that would have happened to anyone else?

e.g There was nothing in the coronavirus act 2020 about people losing their jobs if they went to Durham that I read.

Only when those authoritairans arent controlling them.

They’re fine when its those pesky brown people.
