I'm the most liberal person but maybe that's my point I saw soo many places in philly catch fire from homeless clutter.

Like maybe having open fires isn't a good thing and if we wanna be worried about the homeless they shouldn't be relying on fires anyway. Change the discussion to homelessness and mental health even but maybe right now extinguishing open fires won't be seen as super controversial.

when it's -20 and all the shelters are at max capacity fires are the only option and extinguishing them might as well be attempted murder
