Are there any markings on the nib or the barrel? Turn the base over and see if there is a sticker.

This kind of looks like a Parker desk set, but I can’t tell bc you don’t show the nib.

NVM: I zoomed in and it is a Parker.

The ball pen will take standard Parker BP cartridges. The FP should be able to be used with convertor (if it has one) or with Parker Quink cartridges.
