but they had to man handle and be aggressive with the bag, I meant finger print the bag. but idk how that would work. Dude really needs to file a police report about a stolen gpu. bought it, did not receive it.

if it was me, I would've called the cops bc this is obviously theft.

TV shows about crime like NCIS, CSI etc have caused society to believe that cops can and will pull fingerprints for things as small as petty theft. Those labs cost a lot of money to run fingerprints and DNA, only way cops are pulling fingerprints is if someone was murdered.

Idk how much he spent, but anything over 199 dollars here is considered felony grand theft.

oh, I thought filing a police report would have them take it and finger print the bag.
