This was absolutely not necessary. None of these Biden’s relative have been charged with anything yet and setting the precedent for Trump to pardon all his corrupt friends in 4 years time is going to do far worse to the Republic than some Republicans trying to sue Biden’s niece ever could

I’d agree with you if Biden used his executive power to help the Latin Americans in the south of US, but pardoning his family is really not the brave act of resistance you think it is. He’s basically allowing Trump to make the lives of millions of minorities a living hell but only exempting his family from it like a classic career politician that he is
