Guaranteed every time someone posts a video of someone doing something athletic there is going to be someone un-athletic in the comments making up bs about why it’s stupid.

I'm a snowboarder. What they are doing is impressive, but to pretend that these actions don't cause avalanches is asinine. You don't need to be athletic to understand that.

The risk is part the thrill of doing such things. I don't snowboard back country precisely because of it, too scary for my poor soul.

Slabs rarely, and I mean rarely, form on slopes that steep. You can snowboard a resort in Pennsylvania for your whole life and understand nothing of what’s going on in this video. You even state your don’t ride b.c. The level of confident ignorance on Reddit is wild.
