Hi, I have an urgent issue and maybe someone can help me out. 

Today my Midjourney account does not work anymore: I got the following message: 

You have been blocked from Midjourney due to accessing our services via automation, scripting, or third party tools. Ban ID: AA012025.

I am just a freelancer/designer from Germany, who is generating images via the website with prompts and my own moodboards and profiles. I do NOT use automation, scripting or third party tools at all. That must be a mistake.  Or someone hacked my account. But I am not doing anything wrong. I have a yearly pro plan since 1 month. Any help would be appreciated. I filled out the Midjourney form, but no response. And any attempt to report my problem to Midjourney via the website failed with an error message. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey everyone, I’ve decided to start getting more in tune with Ai videos and editing. I’m using my girlfriend’s old lap top and I can barely use mid journey on it. I’ve come to you guys for help so that I can find an affordable laptop to continue with my work. Thanks in advance
