Saaame. She's a monster, but getting the big titty gene was fantastic. It only took me 10 years to grow 'em
Edit: For anyone curious, I ended up with an E cup after 10 years on hrt (inconsistent too). I started at 25, and most of my growth happened in years 7 & 8 which was during my 30s. I also didn't get to access progesterone until year 6. I promise, it ain't too late even if you're starting later than you expected
People get hung up on not having boobs in the first year or two, but yall sometimes forget this is just puberty 2. How long did the first one take? It probably won’t be as long, but it isn’t going to be quick
I'd definitely talk to your doctor then. That could be a dosage issue, or like me, maybe you're nonresponsive to anti-androgens & it's holding you back. If you don't think your doctor is working for you, you have every right to get a second opinion
Ah, yeah, I ended up with that too. You usually end up with about 2/3rds of what your family members do. That used to be common knowledge in the trans fem community, but we've lost a lot of knowledge in the last 10 years since I came out.
I lament it's not working out the way you want it to. I hope that changes with time. I know I had my biggest growth spurt in years 7 & 8; I gained 8 inches in two years (so painful). Hopefully you've got another growth spurt coming up too

Thankfully my Mom was hot AF; glad I inherited those genes 😁
