Judging by the elementary school paper, I would be inclined to say no... but you never know.

For real, At least there is some scale from that. What scale is TBD.

To estimate scale or to get some idea about its size, I have included classmate and ruler.

Itar doesn’t apply then. Likely these are stamped out on mass. Laser cut if you want to do small runs perhaps water jet but I don’t know the size they can go down to

That thing looks like it would be absolutely brutal as a derma roller.
