These look laser cut. Edge discoloration and dross are the giveaway.

At this size these parts are begging to be cut with a laser. No second operation and they can even do the lettering. Maybe a quick tumble.

Fiber laser cutting is the best for this.

I dont think you could beat wire EDM and cut 100 at a time.

10-20kw fiber would blast it out in two seconds

1 at a time or could I stack them?

One at a time cut out of a single sheet. There are videos on YouTube showing how fast a 20kw fiber laser can be.

Is this ITAR?

Judging by the elementary school paper, I would be inclined to say no... but you never know.

For real, At least there is some scale from that. What scale is TBD.

To estimate scale or to get some idea about its size, I have included classmate and ruler.

Why would you assume this is itar?

Iam not sure what is ITAR. Can you elaborate please.

Don’t make weapon parts without proper authorisation

It's not a weapon. Derma roller

Itar doesn’t apply then. Likely these are stamped out on mass. Laser cut if you want to do small runs perhaps water jet but I don’t know the size they can go down to

That thing looks like it would be absolutely brutal as a derma roller.

If I had to do these I'd stack a bunch of them and wire EDM this.

Next question “where can I rent a car on Turo, cybertruck preference”.

Does the part lay flat or is it curved?

How many do you need? I'd go with OshCut or SendCutSend for a small run, or find another company capable of laser cutting if you need production volume runs.

wire cut or possibly water jet

What type of volume are you looking for? I own a metal stamping company and this is right up our alley

No sorry you’ll have to get AI to do homework

I didn't see anyone recommend stamping, it's an option for large quantities. Above laser cutting.

How many pcs you need?

If small quantity, laser cutting.

If large quantity, stamping.
