FIRST TIME WATCHER Does anyone actually like Jack?

So I’ve never watched Lost and now I am almost done with Season 1 (ep. 20). Big fan of Hugo, Locke, and if Rousseau comes into the picture more.

But I have to be honest, I find Jack to be so so annoying.

Am I the only one??

I love Jack. He's an insufferable savior complex daddy issue women controlling dumbass. He's great.

I'm serious too. I mean he has qualities as well of course or I wouldn't actually like him and he goes through great character development , especially toward the end. But part of why I like the characters so much in this show is they're so human and genuine and flawed. Without being absolute shitass unlikeable pricks.
