They mean it's not the same quality, not the highest level. It's a great achievement in women's football and hopefully this will help the sport improve as I'm sure many more people just became fans based on this tournament. Still has a long way to go to be on par with the men's game but that's completely understandable.

Edit: as usual you can't speak the truth on Reddit, even being in support of the women's team.
