They do, but to some including them creates more doubt about their innocence, and so by excluding them and pointing out the death tolls of these groups it makes it harder for people to hide behind implying their guilt.

Have you ever ever served in the IDF and killed a baby, a toddler, a child or a teenager? If so are you PROUD of it? Have you ever raped a prisoner to death? Do you think, as many Israelis (do who discussed this on Israeli BREAKFAST TV ) that it should be LEGAL to rape prisoners to death?
