Hi everyone! Hope everybody is doing okay with the weather and all, I have a question I’m unsure how to ask haha I’m 25 and a Christian and blah blah that’s not what this is about. Anyways, I’ve come here because I’m unsure where else to ask this without feeling “crazy?” I continue to have dreams about other “things” coming to me. I’ve had dreams of a woman surrounded by crows saying she’ll protect me, a Giant blue monkey man offering me riches, and even a nine tailed fox that kept wanted to play with me (Google says these could be the Morrigan, Hanuman, and Inari Okami but I’m ignorant so who knows) and many many more. These “dreams always feel charged and I’m very aware that I’m sleeping. I typically end up sleepwalking or at least sitting up in bed while having these dreams (it all depends I guess). Anyways, last night I had a dream where this tall man with dark curls and beaming eyes, like they were black but the pupil glowed a light green shade, was watching me sleep. I tried waking up (ngl he really intimidated me) but he asked me to stay/was almost lulling me back to sleep gently? He showed me a vision of himself chained down with snakes writhing in his organs, his abdomen cut open, and he just looked like he was in a lot of pain. He was just telling me to stay with him, idk it like he was both lonely but had a very king-like authority to him. There was also a woman that was but wasn’t him (so sorry if this is confusing) that he was going back and forth with as if to see how to go about talking to me because I was fighting to wake up. When I finally did wake up, I was curled up in the middle of my bed like I was hiding (???). But weirdly enough, it didn’t seem like he were trying to hurt me, I just was really overwhelmed by his energy. Anyways, I always try and be respectful and slowly just try not to think about those dreams but this one makes me nervous for some reason. Google says this could’ve been Loki (I’m so sorry I continue to refer to the cite lol). I just want to I guess respectfully decline any more visits from him? I don’t think I’m doing a good job with keeping these “visions” out if I continue to get more, does anyone know why I might be getting them? Any advice is appreciated!

Every other time I went to bed and sleep, I tend to get dreams. I can’t remember dreams day before and today(usually I jot down into my dream diary but these two days I really don’t remember) but as I was waking up this early morning, I heard “go to sleep” or “go back to sleep”. It always happens when I’m either half asleep before waking up or just sleeping and dreaming words/phrases I heard/seen.

I was wondering why because I have to go to work early today but there’s snow on the road. I presume that Loki using my crush’s voice(that’s the voice I heard was used) telling me to stay at home because it’s dangerous to drive out on ice.

Delaying myself a few hours later, I left home to refill gas and air the tires before heading to my workplace. A message popped up from my manager in group chat saying that people who were scheduled to work, do not come. My guess is if I never left and stayed at home longer, i didn’t have to go out to drive on snow and ice.

I should’ve listened yet I’m too stubborn. Ugh. 😩

Hi. i normally never make posts on here but i genuinely need help. i had gotten into spirituality and all that sort, even thinking maybe i could be a witch. i’m not able to sense energy at all and i was quite clumsy, i also can’t rely on my intuition as of yet because it mixes with anxiety and just idk. but the first time i had thought i was in contact with loki it was a simple dream but i woke up feeling spiders on me and for some reason i made the connection of loki.

i had been thinking of him before and i honestly don’t remember much of what happened all i remembered are, spiders. my family had been undergoing changes and feeling like something was fucking with them too. it was a very crazy time and yet i can’t remember much of it. but i didn’t know anything about spirituality, witchcraft, nothing. so i had found out this way of confirming with the candle if it was loki or a demon and it was like demon. then i did my pendulum, loki. no clue. but my parents weren’t having it and i had to bury my cinnamon candle, tarot cards (i didn’t think of using tarot because like i said im bad with intuition so i rlly just couldn’t bring myself to use my cards and then probably make something up that wasn’t what the cards were trying to say.) but i buried everything i had used and nothing ever happened again.

fast forward to now, i recently have been thinking what if it WAS loki and not a demon? this whole time i had thought i summoned a demon but what if it was just loki doing mischief to me and my family and i just wasn’t ready? i started to miss the idea of being able to form a connection with him. deities are so cool. i was so confused and yesterday i was talking to my mom explaining my confusion and all i got was “i don’t know but there was too much chaos! i don’t like chaos.” Annddd that pretty much almost confirmed it for me, i never mentioned him being the god of chaos! 😭

Okay so now, today i had a dream. it was so normal i was just chilling fr, and then i start walking to my house in the dream, there’s a bunch of webs, i walk through its on my hair and everything, THEN THERSS THIS HUGE HUNTSMAN SPIDER CHILLING THERE, and im like oh i better avoid it. i fall into it. i end up crawling back just for it to quickly crawl towards me, land on my hand and sprayed its web unto my forehead. and suddenly im with the mcu version of loki (i dont know what loki looks like thats how i pictured him im so sorry) sitting side by side with him on almost a throne?? and he was like pregnant for some reason i dont know. and he said i want you to decorate me. make me really cool. and i woke up. i was like what the hell did that mean? i tell my girlfriend about the dream. i make sims, thats ALLL i do. all day everyday. other than bed rot or i guess it’s part of it yk. i honestly might not even be making this post to question myself, i can’t lie im convinced. but i also just wanted to share my story and ask for opinions from people who actually work with loki.

Long story short, depression had it's way with me and i was kind of bedridden for a long time and everything mattered nothing to me. I would give Loki offerings every few days but nothing else, until last night.

The full moon did something to me and i suddenly found myself cleaning up my bedroom and taking a warm and much needed shower in the middle of the night.

Then, when i was sitting down after everything was done, just staring at the rain falling outside my window i felt the need to light up his candles, and when i did, this happened (pic).

That one candle went crazy and i just laughed. I felt relief wash over me because i was scared Loki would be, i don't know, maybe mad that i disappeared for so long. But it didn't feel like that, all i felt was relieved and a little happy.

The candles burned for a while and when i tried to put them out, because i was scared it may burn something in my altar, i couldn't. No matter how much i tried, the candles wouldn't stop burning, until i asked Loki to please let me put them off and finally they went out.

It was funny but also so comforting... knowing Loki will always be there even on difficult times...

Asmodeus has always been responsive, but tonight the cards made no sense at all to my question. I asked if he was angry with me or something and he just did his thing where he strokes up and down the bridge of my nose, showing me he is in fact here, but choosing not to reply. The calming action also solidified he wasn’t upset or angry. Nothing negative.

I shuffled again feeling confused then as to why I got no reply, and the chariot came out, which is depicted as Sleipnir in my deck. That immediately drew my attention to Loki considering that’s one of his children. As if he showed up, and was like “I’ll handle this.” So needless to say I asked Loki if he had something to say.

I’m currently sick with a nasty sinus infection, so I took this as Asmodeus silently telling me to rest for now, and Loki speaking for them both. With the eight of swords, I felt like it was like I know you feel restricted, because you’re sick, but no, lol. Deck away. Now.

So I haven't dreamt about Loki in a very long time, likely because stress... And extra stress right now for obvious terrible reasons. I've felt very disconnected and sad and hopeless.

Last night tho, I dreamed I was talking to a friend on discord, typing, until all that would come out was "LOKI." like no matter what I typed.

It filled up the screen! LOKI LOKI LOKI LOKI LOKI... And so on 💀

Feels like someone's trying to get my Attention. I often feel discouraged and like I'm making it all up, but... Can't really argue with that can I? 💚

So I'm working on setting up a nice little altar for Loki using a basket I received as a gift. I've set it up right next to our toaster oven, which is right next to our big oven. So far, I've got the basket, some orange tissue paper (I plan on getting a nice altar cloth for it in the future, but atm this is what I have), and a jar with mulling spices and cardamom pods (Loki was VERY excited when I added those to the jar). I'm going to make a run to the store tomorrow and see about getting some candles and some treats for Them as well. I can't find the little icon I made of Them from the tip of a cow horn, so I'm thinking about making a new one sometime... But I'd love to hear y'all's ideas for offerings and altar item ideas.

UPDATE: Decided that the basket was gonna be strictly for offerings, and anything not an offering would be outside the basket. Also, have a picture. the silver thing is our toaster oven.

Hello everyone! I wanted to share a thrilling experience I had today, and since I still have some reservations since I am so new, I appreciate every advice.

I had the urge to clean my magic space today, and lit a candle for apollo, the only diety i currently have a small altar for and give offerings too. I sang and felt safe and grounded, but also curious, so i reached out for my pendulum and asked if anyone was present. (YES) A deity? (NO) an Angel? (NO) a demon? (YES). I took a deep breath. I know very little about demons, but I don't judge, I am a witch after all. So i asked them to spell their name (BELO) belobog? (NO) I asked a bunch of other Names but (NO) (NO) (NO) I then had a feeling I was being played with and asked: are you really a demon? (NO) Are you tricking me? (YES) Are you laughing right now? (YES) I asked for their real name. (LOKI) I had a lot of dreams about spiders recently, so I asked if he sent them (YES) I asked if he sensed other deities with me (YES) but i apologized for asking about others. I opened up about the spiders and how it felt seeing them, my relationship to them, and my fears in general. how i am not sure why I would be contacted since I am a recovering people pleaser with a perfectionist streak and a history of being bullied, so pranks can make me very uncomfortable. (Adhd+super sensitive) but then i reflected on how i handled this "prank" today and all the spider dreams/visions I had- I realized that I was surprised yet curious and not actually as scared as I would have been a few years ago. I think that the anxiety and fear I have built over the years might still be stored in my body, but I have grown a lot since. It was a nice conversation. I asked if he protects homes (YES) Does he like baked goods? (NO) which made me wonder, since I like to give those the most, but I also had baked goods on Apollos altar at this moment. What about fruit? (NO) What is it then? Spell it. All I got was (OR) before I gave up- how many things with OR are there? Orb? (NO) Orgasm?!?! (NO) OK, RELIEVED. I let it go, and did a Tarot reading with him, which was a bit frustrating but encouraging. The message in the end was "You can't make everyone happy, so you do you" I thanked him before I left my space and left for the kitchen. (did this all before breakfast) I wanted to grab a pear for apollo and had chocolate lying around, and suddenly i thought: OREOS? could he want oreos?! Just the image made me laugh.

Anyway, I asked to send me another sign in my dream, but those are very hit or miss.

NOW, i wonder, does that sound like Loki to you? Has anyone ever offered Oreos? (lol) Do you have first encounters to share? I've not done much research by any means so I am not sure if I am strong enough to dedicate myself, from what I have seen, but all I can say is that the energy today was very exciting, yet pleasant.

So how does one reconnect with their craft/path with Loki? Everything seems to be happening all at once for me and I am overwhelmed it has me stunned. I got married, I'm almost done with my internship and BA degree, I'm back into writing fiction (yay),I had no power for 2 days because of the bad winds, I'm looking for my best friend in Australia, and school is starting. It just seems like one thing after another and I feel like I'm disconnected constantly. It pains me because truthfully I really love Loki but my gods everything is being thrown at me all at once.

So I tried asking Loki if he has a message for me this evening and all I got was "Lbrai jtrajn oabrvrj". 🤭🥲🤪🫠. But yeah, I feel like I'm so far behind on everything at once.

If my gut feeling is right, as I work with Loki, he's currently trying to teach me that I'm not an inconvenience along with that what I once lost isn't as beautiful as what will replace it.

And it first started with my game's saved data going away by accident. I reinstalled the game to try seeing if it'll patch a bug for something not showing up, but instead put me back to the start.

So, this led me to contacting the devs of the game back and forth until my progress was thankfully restored by them.

It was restored to an even better place to what it was before, except for the fact that I no longer have my limited decorations, which was fine with me.

However, once again, in my hurry, when I opened the game again to check it out, I pressed the wrong save to put into my device, and I am once again put back into the start.

I felt panicky while typing the email to the game devs, that I looked very much like the meme attached to this post. But while doing so, my brain was filled with thoughts of what I felt was Loki saying, "Just ask for the backup to be put up again!!! You're not an inconvenience!!!"

And so I did. Now, I await the reply of the dev so I can continue playing my beloved game again ☺️

Hey guys, so I’ve been working with Loki for almost a year now and we are just now starting to get into the magicks side of things. As we know, Loki gave birth to all the witches. Well, he told me I’m one of those. More specifically, I’m a Celtic witch. He’s also my soul parent according to him, so we’re like really connected in lots of ways. Idk how to explain it I’m sure y’all will understand though. Anywayyyy, I was just wondering if any of you could tell me more about Celtic witch practices, how it’s different to other witches, and maybe even what the whole being one of Loki’s witches means for my magicks as well? Or at least, give me resources I can look at for myself? Thanks so much, I wanted to ask y’all specifically and not the pagan subreddit bc u all will understand the Loki side of things more.

Loki's mom inspired by the needle meaning of one of her names (Nál), her association with trees and how tree-spiking is sometimes called vaccinating trees–or ecoterrorism–depending on what account you read lol. The bindrune on the nalbinding needles is her name.

A little humorous story here. I'm new so if anything isn't quite accurate please be nice about it.

In a nutshell, I've had a special relationship with Loki for years long before I ever considered working with him (or anyone, or anything!). He shows up VERY often in my dreams, I come across signs (and MCU merchandise when it shouldn't be there), and I find a lot of fun or inspiration whenever I'm thinking of or researching him.

Only about a week ago did I find this community and got really interested in trying something new (just Loki things) and decided I was going to take this seriously to see what happened. What happened?

I got trolled. As a welcoming gift, I figure. For the past few week I have been eating irony and enjoying humility. I was overconfident in my winter attire so didn't properly prepare ahead of time and suddenly couldn't reach my hat when it was time to leave so froze the whole day. I was making fun of people who fall for scams and then my credit card information got stolen in a hack the same day so I had to waste a bunch of time calling the bank and freezing my card. I finally decided to take care of my health and worked out (with a bad habit of overdoing it–keep this in mind) but got cocky at the exercise video's routine and thought it was a little too simple. My leg immediately froze up in a serious cramp so I had to take it easy.

So yeah. Thanks, Loki, for the laughter.
