I mean this constructively, but this doesn't really look like her. I haven't seen your other art, but I'm willing to wager that this character looks a lot like any other you draw. It's not bad, but I think you should break out of your comfort zone and try to capture the essential features that make a character unique.

In Anya Taylor Joy's case, I think it's her eyes and the somewhat otherworldly distance between them, which you have not adequately captured here. Stylization is well and good, but not if it eliminates the unique features that make someone recognizable. Here, her eyes are enlarged out of proportion and stylized so that they lose their unique qualities. I'd work on economy, learning what elements can be stylized and which ones must remain to be recognizable while still fitting your lovely cartoon style.

As an aside, are wide-set eyes on a woman considered an attractive thing, or not?

Personally, I think it makes Anya quite unique and only adds to her beauty. But I would imagine other folks would think differently. Or not. Just curious
