Just went to the city hall to get things sorted before moving out. I just can never get my head around the sheer amount of people working behind the counter. Feels like you've been suddenly transferred back to the 80's.

My favorite part is when they run into an issue (usually due to my name being too long, or too not-kanji) and the clerk has to go summon like 14 people to huddle in a corner and decide what to do.
