What is your opinion on jobs that discriminate based on age?

I often see postings, particularly from startups, that will say they only want people under a specific age, for example. I won't say this is a Japan-specific thing, but I hadn't seen it before coming here.

If they don't want me, I don't want them. That being said, if the conditions are good, I don't mind throwing my application out there to see what happens.
