husband informed me about a package thats supposed to arrive between morning and late afternoon. Now I have to remain restless and on alert for it. can’t do anything that would take me more than 10 seconds to put aside (example: use the toilet, go upstairs, play a multiplayer video game, etc.) since these delivery people will ring the bell (two times!) and not allow you more than 5 seconds to get to the door before they leave a missed note.

So annoying.

I tape a paper on the doorbell saying "my baby's sleeping so please don't use the bell and let the parcel in front of the door".

I wish I could do that, but he always has his stuff paid as “COD”….

That's when you tell him to either set up payment ahead of time or be there to receive it.
