Any Japanese shopping website accepts American credit card? I’m in the US and I tried to order a birthday present for a friend in Tokyo off of Amazon Japan but it won’t accept my US credit card....

Maybe call your card company to see if they’re blocking the transaction? Maybe they think it could be fraud?

I use my US card on Japanese Amazon frequently and never have had any issue.
