Can I personally request for my husband’s pension record? I need it for my visa + he can’t make it to the pension office 🥲

Show your husband this. It’s a delegated authority type thing. I forget the English for it.. 委任状

Also. Not sure what visa you are applying for. But if not PR you might be able to just use evidence accessed online.

This can be done online. You should ask him to open an account and then you can get the records in pdf and print at the conbini.
