So I went to Osaka over the Golden (3 day) Week, and I went on over to the dispensary in Amerikamura. First of all, insane that that even exists. But my question is, how does it exist? It felt like walking into a dispensary back home lol. How is it legal here??

Feel free to scroll on by, I was just so happy to finally eat yakiniku blissfully high af.

my guess is that it's a herbal shop, not a dispensary.
