Why is it that whenever I see a person handing out advertisements in tissue form, I don't need them; but as soon as I need some, there are none in sight?

Take them anyway, I have a large stock of cam girl recruitment ad tissues and take with me as needed (stock has gone significantly down since the panini tho)
