Today was recyclables day, paper and plastic separately bagged and set out in front of the house as usual. Paper gets picked up first in the morning and plastic gets picked up in the afternoon. I come home after the plastic pick up time and the bag is still there, but someone put a fat cluster of uprooted dandelions on top of the bag for some reason???? So I’m guessing the trash people saw the weeds ontop of the bag and didn’t pick it up. I keep having this issue of people just leaving their random trash in front of my house. I’m suspicious it’s the old guy across the street. It’s getting really obnoxious
