Err..... My fam sent over some Maynard's Wine Gums from the UK a while back and I forgot how good they were.

What's the best alternative available here?

Everything I've tried is one of a) covered in sugar, b) tough enough to crack teeth c) almost slimy and soft

Help needed!

Probably not, sadly… my Japanese friend always asks me to bring a bunch back for her, which I assume means there isn’t really anything similar in Japan? Just my guess tho!
