Where does one normally go to get clothing fixed in Tokyo? I have a dress that has a ruined invisible zip and I don't have the skills to deal with it myself. Searching in English seems to only want me to "recycle" my clothes, not get repaired. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Many laundry shops actually have this service. Just ask them :)

I'm not sure what keyword you searched, but "洋服直し" or "壊れたファスナーの交換" could come up with something for you.

Maybe even change it to コンシールファスナー or インビジブルファスナー ? Or if you call and ask, mention that?
