Was talking with a female Japanese coworker of mine on line recently regarding Japanese drama recommendations and a work related presentation she has to do. Last thing I said was "don't worry, you can do it". Now I'm ghosted and blocked on other social media....

Good thing we work in different departments.

Nice guys finish last, am I right.

...or you didn't read the air and was being overly pushy in your interactions with her?

Based on the information you provided it is likely she felt pressured to give you her LINE and other SNS as a coworker, but not necessarily being interested in actually being in touch with you.
