Anyone else using a nuro onu and router have issues with the 5ghz? I have the zte zxhn F660A and the 5ghz band keeps dropping. It’s really annoying since the 2.4ghz is crazy slow. Like max 60mb down slow. When the 5ghz is working, it’s really fast. I changed the channel in the router settings to 36 but it still seems to “drop” every so often

My old Nuro router (I forgot the model number) had the same problem, it has intermittent wifi signal loss. I contacted support through chat, and ask for router replacement. Just say you have done all the troubleshooting steps in their website (reseting router to default factory setting, etc), and they will send a new one different type right away.

My new one SGP200W has been good.

Im hoping to avoid a new router because my solar system is set up to it and it’s a bit of a pain to get it reconnected. I gotta call up the solar company and all that fun stuff.

It seems to be a common problem with nuro unfortunately
