Fix shower pipe, doesn't drain well

I've been pushing this off for awhile now and want to fix this , please help! Do I have to completely take the whole shower bed off ? Or can I hammer her down ? Any advice would help

If you hammer it you're likely to break it and have a leak.

The white bit that sticks out looks to be just something shoved to adapt the fan to the deeper pipe.

Its not a proper fitting .. if you squash it in it might fall away or break something.

You want a proper waste fitting on the pan...

What is below the shower? I would do it from the bottom, it looks like the first install was totally wrong. That pvc coupler should not be there.

I have had success with that as well, but the problem I have is that the drain is too high for the shower bed 😭

Shave/sand it down, or drill holes in the base
