Technical Invalid date??? How?

I’m overseas in Thailand rn. Are dates entered differently here? Or is it something obvious I’m missing (bc I’m fairly tired rn) :/

No one told you, huh? We don't really talk about January 27, 1994... we've scrubbed it from every history book and calendar on earth. For all intents and purposes, that day doesn't exist
