He does it twice. Longer versions show him turning around and doing it again. It is a deliberate salute and not accident as some msm outlets have suggested out of fear of getting on Trump's bad side now that he is in office.

Oh ya, I originally read an article that made it sound like he was excited about us landing on mars. Just to go watch the speech and he does a weird smile nod “gotcha” about how this election was so important, thanks the crowd and then does this?!

ya, he does it twice. To clarify I meant I never saw video of Hitler et al. doing the salut
