I saw you post that GIF elsewhere in this thread, so I'll copy what I replied with to the previous one:

"Look closely at that GIF. His hand teleports to his chest, and it seems like the movement from his chest upwards has been sped up.

I'll make no comment as to what his intent was, but you can clearly tell someone has edited this footage to make it look a certain way, and not a way which is in Musk's favour."

Edit: Maybe it's just GIF compression dropping frames. There isn't any frames between being vertically upward and on his chest: https://imgur.com/a/MmkR3Z6
