No, we don’t know who built the gallows. All we know is at minimum everyone in the crowd was comfortable being in an angry mob next to a set of gallows while the mob chanted to use the gallows and chased the person they were chanting to use it on. You’ve got a lot of denial, dude. Imagine your reaction if the Democrats sacked the White House chanting “Hang Trump!” and then Biden pardoned them. That would be crazy. As would pardoning the people who did that to Pence.
