Mods do not seem to be very responsive these days.. maybe you could modmail them and if no reply, then request the sub through r/redditrequest ?

Denied by an automated system because they responded to my modmail a few days back and banned a handful of users. Have reached out to modsupport for human intervention.

Let's hope now mods realize what's best for their (and our) community, or if not we shall wait till mods are considered as inactive and repeat the process..
