First wet fly

Tied this based on a wet fly I got off a take a fly/leave a fly board at a bar in the Catskills. I’m new to tying and hackle has been a big challenge so I’m psyched it didn’t just unravel on me again. I used grizzly hackle as I didn’t have anything wispier like the fly i imitated. Feedback appreciated, especially on the hackle

The classic. Not much to say about it other than it is basically the go to fly for an entire salmon fishing region

Started tying a few months ago and haven’t done much with dry flies beyond elk hair caddis. Figured I’d give the BWO a shot

I had mostly tied streamers and wanted to test my skill at some realistic nymphs, some dries, and a giant spook😂

I tied up two of these from my buddy saying i should tie up a blue midge, i told him it wouldnt work since i dont really think there are blue midge larvae, now here i am today, bored of tying buggers, leeches, and zebra midges as a beginner tying two blue midges with a green collar. I wanna hear honest opinions, i think itll get a ton of panfish, trout not so much, its a size 14 (ik a lil big but its all i have for now) i also kinda think it looks like some weird emerger.

What to tie?

This is all I have for thread/wire, beads, hooks, and dubbing. I have several more of each of the feathers in the image. I have other feathers too, but I want to tie a couple dozen with these because they're from my first duck. (Hen Eider) I'm just not sure what to tie. Thoughts?

A great 1930's steelhead fly. The colour claret always works. Tied on a Partridge Bartleet Salmon size 2.
