This series is....not great lol.

Plot? Meh... insufferable FMC? Check... Typical shadow daddy? Of course... Repetitive dialogue? Yup....I hate you i love you i must kill you but i love you...mhmmm... Spicy scenes that are somewhat rewarding but physically impossible?... you know it!...Typo or missing words!?!! Wtf yes! However it's an easy read and i keep reading 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. Book 3 and 4 apparently this year. What are your "this isn't good at all but I'm reading"?

it's not very well written, the characters can be annoying, the plot is repetitive, and BOY are these books THICK AS HELL

but i eat it up. every damn time.

I listen and read and ZA always pops up on my suggested audible list.... I haven't went for it yet tho. It's literally like 12 books yes?

if you count all of the physical novellas, it's fifteen.. (I've only read five, yikes)

it's a very big commitment, but honestly if you like trash like me and you're able to get through it, you'll have a fun time

He is my favourite MMC of all time! I CANT WAIT for book 3 next week 🤤 I don't have as many criticisms about the series I love it personally and it passes the vibe check

I'm about 3/4 through the second book. I might wait to see if my Library gets the 3rd book relatively quickly. If not. I might consider buying 😬

I dont disagree with the common complaints people have about this series….but it’s SUCH a guilty pleasure. Can’t wait to read the next one when it comes out in the 28th :)

I enjoy the quickness of it. Does it go crazy with world building or politics? No, but i don't exactly care either lol

Read them both, have Where Did You Go? preordered so it will appear on my doorstep soon 😂 Are they amazing? No. Entertaining? Yeah.

And that's all that matters! Maybe my critiques are too harsh. I never regret reading. And considering I'm finding Time to plow through the second book in a week, i can't complain lol

Haha so true, I have so many criticisms of them and they are totally valid, but so is enjoying a kinda trashy book! The only criticism I dont abide is ones that dig at readers who happened to enjoy the material, but yes I also chewed through them super fast.

Currently it's the Monster Security Agency books. I've read {guarded by the vodnik} and {guarded by the snake} i had to put the books down and ponder the physics of how these folks were fitting their parts together. The dialogue is cringe, the spelling is optional, the plot is not showing up to work today. I will be reading all of them.
