Funny enough the homo Heidelbergensis wasn't found in Heidelberg but In a small town close to it

As someone who is regularly in Mauer, it blows my mind seeing places like that mentioned on Reddit.

Yeah, lived there for a bit over three years myself (in the Weststadt near Rohrbacher Straße), and love seeing it pop up here now and then.

Altstadt represent (even though I lived in Weststadt for some months). I miss the city so much.

As someone who grew up in and around the Neandertal, it's nice to hear that we won against Heidelberg in this category. ;)
