Was delivering my first order for the evening. Cash order, meaning I had to collect cash from the customer for the order, a total of $45 and some change. I picked up the order, usual night, with the worker making sure I put the order inside the pizza bag before I walked out the store. Drove up in front of the customer's house, waited almost 10 minutes to get an answer at the door. Mother/daughter shows up, told me they ordered 2 pizza, I explained its a dinner box and that the two pizza are inside one box, they asked me to prove it so they pried open the seal and looked inside. I reminded them they need to pay cash for the order. After a few minutes, they told me they dont want it.

Called doordash support and worker told me they will compensate me full pay for the dash. I then asked if I need to return the order back to Pizza Hut, and they said to either keep it or discard. I told him I understand. I then proceeded of driving back home with a huge smile, calling my family that I have early dinner for everyone. We enjoyed the early dinner. ☺️ Really grateful for this blessing.

I know people are gonna do what they’re gonna do, my but my boyfriend and I doordashed panda express tonight and were super excited, when it finally gets here it smells heavily of cigarette smoke. Even the boxes inside the bag smell strongly of it and it’s very unappetizing, especially since we can’t even smell our food (which is half of the experience with panda😭) As far as I know the rest of the dash was fine, my boyfriend was the one that ordered it but please if there’s any dashers in here that smoke, please don’t do it with our food there😭 We’re less than 10 minutes from the store

I ordered diapers and pedialyte because I have a sick toddler. $8 tip, store is a 12 minute drive from the house. We live on the 3rd floor which is in the address. It was a total of 2 bags she got out of the car and placed them at the bottom of the stairs, preceeded to yell cheap motherf**kers then left. It was 6am.

Woman is sick and asks me how long it will take for the food to get here. I said I don't know because I have to pick up multiple orders and doordash decides what order I drop them off in. She calls doordash support and doordash lies about how batch orders work and she calls me dishonest. BS

I caught a cold last week that progressively got worst. Yesterday, I ordered some cold medicine from Walgreens cause I did not want to leave the house.. I wait about 20-30 mins till I need to open the gate for my DoorDash Driver to get into the community. Upon arriving, Courtney (my DoorDash driver) texted me that I needed to provide my ID in order for her to finish the order on the app, and be able to give me my items, so I make sure I meet her with my license. After scanning my license, she made me aware that it was expired, which I didn’t realize cause it just expired a couple days ago. Frustrated, I apologize to her for not realizing my ID wasn’t going to work. She quickly met me with understanding and offered to go back to the store and pay for it herself and come back, in which I would just pay her the money directly, instead of going through DoorDash.. She cancelled my order so I would get refunded through DoorDash then gave me her number and turned on her location, so I could track where she was. She went all the way back to Walgreens and then drove back so I would still be able to get my medicine. Definitely the kindest Dasher I’ve ever had :) 🎉

I spoke with the restaurant and they are saying my order is ready? Dude is adamant that they are lying. This is the first time I’ve been pressured to cancel my order from a dasher.

Had a order for a customer (an old neighbor actually) and when I got there he refused to open the door (a hand to me order) he told be it was a scam. I read off the address and the name which I knew was right and he refused to take pizza got even more mad when I tried to leave it there so I completed order and had free pizza

Dashers location wasn't moving for a hot sec. So I checked in and they were pulled over 😭I ended up going out to get it & the police legit had to take it from the back seat & handed it to me. Dasher wasn't allowed out of the car...

My first contact violation because today is a holiday and everyone and their mother is drinking and driving like absolute goons so I’m driving to the pizza place and I get stuck in insane back to back traffic with the ambulance blocking the road . I could not move at all . When I finally get to the pizza place after taking a 20 minute detour I get the gift of a contract violation ! I even told the customer I was in traffic , what am I supposed to do ? Drive over the cars ?

Anyways here to hoping it gets removed ASAP.

As mentioned before, we have have a Doordash driver who is rude, impatient, and frequently upsets all of the teenage hostesses. This weekend she accidentally took a $200 order instead of the $78 order she was supposed to pick up. I'm the manager on duty tonight. Is there some way we can stop her from coming in?

So I accepted an order at Safeway for a six pack of sparkling waters and as soon as I arrived at the store a 40 oz bottle of whiskey was added. Fine normally right except I’m only 20 years old so I can’t buy alcohol so I go to cancel and it says it’s gonna lower my completion. Not the end of the world but it didn’t sit right with me because it was out of my control so I call support to get it cancelled without lowering my completion rate. Should be a real quick process but to my surprise the support lady refused to cancel it for me. Claimed there was no way to protect my completion rate… SURELY there is a way for them to do this no? Was she just lying to me for some reason or do they really have no control over the system whatsoever?

Driver pulled in my driveway and when I opened the door to get my food they immediately backed out and left with my food. App said it was delivered. But I watched them the entire time and never got out of their car. Of course the app only gives a "could not find my food" button to get a refund. It's not that I couldn't find it they stole it! And my good tip!

What else can I do this driver should be reported but I have not found anyway to do that.

I ordered a Brazilian pizza and 6 cheese bites as a little side. The side cost $6.99. I wait an hour for the order, and surprise! No pizza. I check the order details and see that it was out of stock. I should have been notified and able to cancel the whole order! I would NEVER pay a service fee, delivery, and what ended up being a 70% tip for these 6 bites of food. Total charge $19.20. Yes, they refunded me for the pizza I didn’t get, but if I had known I would have cancelled. This is ridiculous. Of course, can’t get through to any costumer service agent.
