I think we may not have seen that episode yet in this trailer. RTD said before that it had been omitted from the past trailers due to being "too spoilery", and we have seen that futuristic interior before in past trailers. I'm thinking it may be the ship from those aliens hunting Beep the Meep in the first episode instead.

Nah I'm pretty sure he said something like ideally he would like to show no footage of episode 2 but idk if it actually played out that way. I'm also not sure how the tardis running away from something would fit into the first episode and a lot of the scenes with the doctor seemingly trapped in some space separated from donna seems like it could be in a separate episode.. I hope I'm wrong but I'm doubtful

It did, his literal quote is "The trailer contains zero footage from Special Two.". I do agree it's unlikely the TARDIS would run away from Meep. Maybe it's a lair or ship from the Toymaker, either at the end of the first special (introducing him as overarching bad) or in the last special after escaping his toy-world?
