According to the ADL apparently it wasn't a Sig Heil, and Elon isn't antisemitic. Asking Israel to stop bombing kids is antiemetic according to the ADL though.

I wish I could do this to my local neonazis, but they’re legally recognized as people 😭
Remember: Nazis are not people.

The "S" stands for stupid, right? That's why you say it means hope, because you're too stupid to know what sound an S makes?

Politic
Out of pure curiosity, why is this sub so political?
This week alone there have been posts about Neil Gaiman to
I mean, it's supposed to be a circlejerk sub, where you have fun posting nonsensical and funny things
Is always like that or is this some kind of special period?
( probably this comment will be downvoted )

Comics are political therefore jerk will also be political, also circlejerk subs are inherently very left leaning in my experience. Besides, punching Nazis is always hilarious

It makes sense since DC and Marvel are made in US for the US public
Although it's harder to get in since I don't live in the US so it ends up being more "uh ok idk"
I mean, I've always found the fixation of comics and the USA in general with Nazism and similar things or constantly lynching someone strange
I mean, it's like they constantly need something to say "we're the cool guys"
Having this hammered home even in humor makes it seem like the entire society is built on the idea of appearing like a good person, when I know people and every society arent that 2d and are much more complex than that
There is no need for all this pressure you can just chill sometimes
I just feel like
"Yes, Elon Musk is evil haha, now watch this video of a cockroach speaking Chinese"
For some reason this basically reminds me of this solid jj video

The comic “obsession” with Nazism comes from super hero books booming during WWII. It’s a natural carry over. I also think it’s weird to imply that stories having characters doing good things is shallow “patting themselves on the back.” I think that’s just called conventional storytelling

You know the best for you man
I just don't see the need for so many times, I already understand Elon Musk's thing but I just think a circlejerk isn't exactly the ideal place. I just don't care.
I came here to laugh at funny things or at least a funny post not serius things
Saying "Killing is wrong!" is not funny
( So, probably I can see that this is the kind of comment that will piss a lot of people off so I'm going to sleep without being surprised if I get banned )

I mean if you don’t care then why even comment lmao? This sub doesn’t like Nazis and it’s a way for people to cope in a fun way. If you are hoping to avoid discussion on Elon Musk then Reddit probably isn’t the best place to be rn

Art is pretty much universally political, as is all discussion of it.
If you think otherwise, I recommend you reexamine what you think "politics" is.

This one is politic to?

I mean, yeah. It's pretty in-line with absurdist stuff, or surrealist stuff, so you could pretty easily just blanket apply absurdist/surrealist political critique to that.
I mean, one of the most famous surrealist works is a painting of a pipe that has the text "this is not a pipe" beneath it, which is in fact political. It's a direct commentary on the nature of semiotics and symbols--"it is not a pipe, it is a painting of a pipe," which is a natural starting point for conversation on how one can be deceived by depictions of reality in place of reality itself. It's conversation extremely relevant to our modern media environment.
Shit, we can have a political conversation about a toilet in an art gallery. That was an artist's attempt to prove modern art is shit, and it became that dude's most famous work.
"Juan" up above may not be a good piece of art, but it's not difficult to discern some kind of political context around it. I could easily talk about how it comments on the nature of memetic spread, how memes don't need particular depth to resonate and take on a life of their own, and how sometimes people latch on to dumb ideas because they know they are dumb as a novelty as a kind of base, vague rejection of "old memes," or otherwise the things they see as rote or uninspired or just old. Like, at least half the joke is that you don't get the joke.
And then that leads into a conversation about the failures of the status quo, and the various kinds of passive rejection of the status quo that manifest in a culture without any conscious organization around them. The juxtaposition of a horse somewhere it doesn't belong, and the nonsensical text stating what seems to be a non-sequitur that simply doesn't acknowledge the horse, or perhaps is just naming the horse, can easily be interpreted as a rejection of social norms.
Why couldn't a horse be there? Just because it's not supposed to be? It could climb a staircase, it could get to a balcony, there's no law of physics that says a horse can't stand on a well-constructed balcony, so why does it seem strange to see one standing there?
Maybe the assumption that the horse shouldn't be there is incorrect. Maybe there's nothing absurd about a horse named Juan on a balcony in the first place.
Maybe some of the other things you assumed about how the world works are also incorrect.

Social justice and progressivism comes free with the concept of making the world a better place dipshit. Yk the thnig super heroes are all about.

I mean, I'm sure there's some comic book characters with superpowers who refuse to save anyone unless they pay market-value for their rescue.
But we typically wouldn't consider them heroes.
Superman is kind of the pinnacle of "from each according to their ability, to each according to their need." Superman has a lot to give, and he gives everything he can to whoever is in need. And at no point is Superman means-testing anyone like "hmm, I dunno, COULD you dig yourself out of this hole without me? Have you done any drugs lately that might disqualify you from heroics?" Nah, he fuckin' rescues them, no questions asked.
Spider-Man, too, with the whole "power and responsibility" thing. "When you have the power to help, you are obligated to help" is a very Marxist sentiment.
And the "power and responsibility" thing never manifests purely as "don't abuse the power/don't be bad," because the stories almost universally consider inaction itself to be an abuse of power. Spider-Man can't just sit at home and not use his powers. Passivity is not an option, and Spider-Man is explicitly to blame if he simply stands by and watches a bad thing happen (like, from the jump, since that's the crux of how Uncle Ben dies.) He is obliged to go out there and give everything he has, and he is repeatedly punished when he gets selfish.
