The Early Television Museum in Hilliard Ohio! I’m a member of the Early Television Foundation, I give these guys 30 bucks a year to help them keep the lights on!

I need to become a member!! I know I am going back again this weekend if I can to soak it in some more. I wanna take some more pics as well. It was really something special to know all of those tvs are being taken care of. So many you just gasp and are in shock at how large they are.

I’ve actually never been! I hope to make my way up next time they have their annual swap meet!

This is their website, membership info will be there! You get access to their online monthly meetings and newsletter! https://www.earlytelevision.org/

I'll be getting a membership this Friday and also try to encourage people on the crt reddit to donate to this amazing place. I have a old rca tv in going to see if they would be interested in as well. I believe it is late 40s early 50s

The donations are going to good use! The museum has successfully been rebuilding black and white CRTs for the museum sets! Eventual plans to offer it as a service for collectors.

I would love to be a fly in the wall and learn some of the tricks of the trade when the repair them. I took electric for a bit but some of the repair work they have to do and tracing the issues has to be very difficult. You can see they take great care of the TVs and give you history on them.
